Massage Therapist — Resort Spa

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage treatments — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, prenatal massage
• Conduct pre-treatment consultation — health history, pressure preference, areas of focus or contraindication
• Maintain treatment room to hotel spa standards — cleanliness, temperature, ambient music, towel preparation, product layout
• Follow spa product protocols — work with branded product lines, apply product knowledge during treatment
• Meet daily and weekly treatment targets in a high-volume resort spa environment
• Participate in retail recommendations — suggest take-home products relevant to treatment received

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist — CMMVT certification or equivalent recognized qualification
• Minimum 1 year professional massage experience
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, and at least one specialty technique
• Physical stamina for 6–8 treatment shifts in resort spa volume
• Basic English for guest consultation and communication
• Professional, hygienic presentation

Resort spa treatment rooms in Cancún Hotel Zone. Professional spa environment with climate control, dedicated treatment rooms, and full equipment. Volume-oriented — therapists may deliver 6–8 treatments per shift at peak periods.
