Luxury Spa Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium massage treatments to ultra-luxury standard — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, myofascial release, reflexology
• Execute Baja-inspired signature treatments — Sea of Cortés mineral stone massage, desert botanical wraps, indigenous healing ritual treatments
• Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultation — health screening, contraindication assessment, preference mapping
• Maintain outdoor palapa and indoor treatment room to the immaculate presentation standard required by ultra-luxury resort context
• Provide deeply attentive service delivery — correct timing, correct pressure, complete professionalism
• Recommend retail products with genuine treatment-based rationale

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist with 2+ years professional experience
• Technical excellence across multiple modalities — therapists at this level are assessed on technique quality
• Conversational English — Los Cabos spa guests are almost exclusively North American
• Professional composure with ultra-high-net-worth clientele
• Physical stamina for luxury treatment volume
