Outdoor Spa & Hydrotherapy Therapist

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through hydrotherapy circuits — thalassotherapy pools, hot/cold plunge, steam rooms, experience showers
• Deliver massage treatments that integrate hydrotherapy programming — pre-treatment water ritual, post-hydrotherapy massage
• Apply marine and mineral body treatments — sea salt scrubs, thermal mud wraps, mineral-rich Baja botanical applications
• Maintain hydrotherapy areas to ultra-luxury standards
• Educate guests on therapeutic benefits of each hydrotherapy element
• Upsell appropriate treatment packages to guests completing circuit

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist with hydrotherapy or balneotherapy knowledge
• Comfort in aquatic treatment environments
• Conversational English
• Professional presentation in luxury resort environment
