Hotel Spa Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage treatments to luxury hotel standard — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports recovery massage, prenatal massage
• Execute CDMX signature treatments — Mexican chocolate body ritual, maguey plant healing treatment, pulque and nopal enzyme wrap, Aztec obsidian stone massage
• Conduct pre-treatment consultation — health screening, preference assessment, stress and tension mapping
• Maintain treatment room to five-star hotel spa standards
• Serve both hotel guests and local spa members — CDMX luxury spas carry significant local membership programs
• Provide retail recommendations from spa product line

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist with 2+ years professional experience
• Multiple modality knowledge — CDMX luxury spa guests are experienced and expect technique range
• Professional English — hotel spa guests include significant international business travelers
• Professional presentation appropriate for five-star luxury environment
• Ability to serve local CDMX high-net-worth clients with appropriate discretion and continuity
