Work environment
Medical or wellness spa in Puerto Vallarta. The PV medical spa market is anchored by the city's large expat community and health tourism visitors — a more clinically oriented working environment than resort spa volume.
About the role
The therapist who produces measurable outcomes. The PV wellness spa client who arrives with chronic lower back pain from 20 years of office work — who completes a 12-session myofascial release program and leaves with measurably improved range of motion and significantly reduced daily pain — has had a clinical outcome, not just a relaxation experience. The therapist who creates that outcome is doing work with real impact on someone's quality of life.
