Wellness & Medical Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage with medical or rehabilitative focus — lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, sports rehabilitation massage, post-surgical lymphatic protocols
• Work within multi-disciplinary wellness team — coordinate with physiotherapists, nutritionists, yoga instructors
• Conduct detailed intake consultation and health history review
• Apply clinical protocols for specific conditions — chronic pain, postural correction, injury rehabilitation
• Document treatment progress and adapt protocols as needed
• Educate clients on self-care practices between sessions

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist with 2+ years professional experience, ideally with clinical focus
• Specialist training in lymphatic drainage or myofascial release strongly preferred
• English proficiency — PV's medical spa market serves significant expat and North American clientele
• Clinical approach and documentation discipline
• Interest in wellness integration and multi-modality treatment planning
