Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage treatments — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal massage, couples massage
• Execute SMA-inspired signature treatments — Bajío mineral water treatment (San Miguel's natural mineral springs heritage), cactus and botanical wrap using regional plants, artisan clay body treatment, highland herbal compress
• Note altitude context in pre-treatment consultation — 1,870 meters; adjust cardiovascular-sensitive treatments appropriately (hot stone temperature, steam duration)
• Maintain treatment suite in luxury boutique hotel context — colonial aesthetics, hand-woven textiles, artisan product vessels
• Serve hotel guests, destination wedding parties, and SMA expat community
• Deliver weekend-volume treatment schedules for wedding and event guests

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist with 2+ years professional experience
• Professional English — SMA's client base is predominantly North American and international
• Altitude awareness in treatment delivery — a professional detail specific to SMA spa practice
• Couples massage delivery capability — wedding market drives significant couples treatment demand
• Polished, sophisticated presentation appropriate for a design-conscious luxury market
