Spa & WellnessHolistic Massage & Bodywork Therapist
Eco-boutique hotel or wellness spa, Tulum
Tulum
Monthly salary + service charge
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic massage and bodywork — Swedish, deep tissue, Thai massage, lomi-lomi, prenatal massage, myofascial release

- Certified massage therapist with 2+ years professional experience
- Breadth of modality knowledge — Tulum spa guests are experienced receivers who appreciate technique variety
- Genuine wellness values alignment — the Tulum spa market immediately identifies therapists who are performing wellness rather than living it

Benefits
- IMSS, Aguinaldo, vacation + premium
- Organic staff meals
- Accommodation (many Tulum eco-properties include staff housing)
- Service charge — Tulum's wellness clientele tip meaningfully for outstanding treatment

Work environment
Open-air palapa or jungle treatment room in a Tulum eco-property. Working in a treatment space where the jungle canopy is the ceiling and the sound of the Caribbean carries through the open walls — in a destination that has become a global symbol of wellness travel — is professionally extraordinary.
About the role
The healer in the world's most wellness-conscious destination. Tulum's clients are not passive spa recipients — they are active wellness practitioners who arrive already meditating, already practicing yoga, already thinking about their somatic experience with more sophistication than most spa guests anywhere in the world. The Tulum bodywork therapist who meets them at that level — who conducts a treatment as a genuine healing interaction, not a service delivery — is practicing the profession at its most meaningful.
