About the role
The operational intelligence behind the spa experience. Everything the guest experiences as seamless — the therapist ready on time, the treatment room at the right temperature, the package correctly applied to their bill, the post-treatment product waiting at the desk — was coordinated in the background before they arrived. The spa coordinator is the invisible architecture of that seamless experience.
