Work environment
Resort spa reception desk in Cancún Hotel Zone. Fast-paced, high-volume professional environment — a resort spa with 20+ treatment rooms may process 100+ bookings per day during peak season.
About the role
The calm at the center of the spa. The guest who walks into the spa reception at a Cancún all-inclusive — perhaps nervous about their first massage, perhaps frustrated after waiting at the restaurant — is entirely resettled by the receptionist who smiles genuinely, speaks their language, explains the treatment clearly, and makes the booking feel effortless. That transition from the resort chaos to the spa calm is the receptionist's first gift to the guest.
