Work environment
Day spa or wellness center in Guadalajara. Consistent year-round professional context — the Tapatío market provides stable employment without coastal seasonality extremes.
About the role
The foundation of a stable wellness career. Guadalajara's spa market is less glamorous than Tulum or Los Cabos — and more sustainable. The coordinator who builds a loyal local client base in Mexico's second city, who manages a team of 8 therapists efficiently, who produces consistent revenue growth year after year — has built a professional foundation that is transferable, promotable, and genuinely valued by any hospitality operator.
