Work environment
Luxury hotel spa in Guadalajara. Year-round professional environment with a mix of leisure and corporate clientele — professionally varied and stable.
About the role
The calm center of the business spa. The conference attendee who has spent three days in back-to-back sessions at a Guadalajara convention hotel — who books a 60-minute massage on their final afternoon — walks into the spa reception frayed and tense and leaves, an hour later, restored. The receptionist who manages that transition smoothly — who makes the booking, prepares the room, and returns them to their evening in better shape than they arrived — has delivered real value in a high-stress professional context.
