Work environment

Ultra-luxury spa reception in Los Cabos. The environment itself — ocean views, luxury material finishes, professional calm — is among the most beautiful front-of-house settings in Mexican hospitality.

About the role

The first luxury impression. The Los Cabos spa guest who has paid $400 for a 90-minute treatment walks into the reception and forms their first impression in 10 seconds. If the receptionist greets them by name, offers a warm towel and mineral water without being asked, and guides them through the treatment menu with genuine knowledge — that guest has already felt the investment justified before the treatment has begun. That first impression is entirely in the receptionist's hands.
