Hotel Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Manage five-star spa reception — guest arrival, booking management, check-in, VIP treatment coordination
• Handle reservations via phone, hotel concierge referrals, and spa membership platform
• Coordinate therapist schedules and suite allocation for complex daily programming
• Process spa payments — high-value treatment packages, membership billing, retail transactions
• Serve luxury hotel guests and local spa members with equal care — CDMX luxury spas maintain significant local membership programs
• Maintain spa retail environment to luxury visual merchandising standards
• Handle VIP guest coordination — celebrities, executives, political figures require absolute discretion

Requirements

• Previous luxury hospitality or spa front-of-house experience preferred
• Professional English — five-star CDMX spa guests include significant international business travelers
• Polished, composed presentation — Polanco luxury hotel standard applies to every front-of-house staff member
• Absolute discretion with VIP and high-profile clientele
• Booking system proficiency
