Work environment
Boutique wellness spa in Playa del Carmen. Coordinator role in a boutique context involves more commercial responsibility and creative input than a large resort spa — greater ownership of outcomes.
About the role
The commercial intelligence of the boutique spa. The Playa boutique spa that grows its repeat client base by 30% in a year, that launches a couples weekend package that sells out every Saturday for three months, that ranks first on TripAdvisor for Playa day spas — did that because the coordinator had commercial instincts alongside operational ones. This is a role where individual contribution is directly visible in outcomes.
