Work environment
Resort spa reception in Puerto Vallarta. The PV spa reception professional builds genuine client relationships across multiple seasons — a more personally rewarding professional context than high-turnover resort markets.
About the role
The familiar face that returning guests look forward to. The Canadian couple who books the same resort every January — who walks into the spa reception and is greeted by the same receptionist who remembers they prefer the hot stone treatment, that he has lower back issues, that she doesn't like lavender — has experienced something that no AI booking system replicates. The PV receptionist who provides that human continuity is building relationships that are genuinely irreplaceable.
