Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Manage spa reception — guest arrival, booking management, check-in, treatment briefing, locker and robe assignment
• Handle phone, in-person, and concierge referral bookings
• Coordinate therapist schedules and room allocation across the day
• Process payments and manage daily revenue
• Upsell packages and retail products with genuine product knowledge
• Build relationships with repeat PV visitors — note returning guests and welcome them accordingly
• Manage whale watching season spa demand spikes (December–March)

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or front-of-house experience preferred
• Professional English — PV spa guests are predominantly North American
• Warm, genuine personality — PV's repeat-visitor market values authentic relationship over scripted service
• Organized and composed under seasonal volume pressure
• Booking system proficiency
