Spa & Wellness Center Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spa and wellness center operations — scheduling, staffing, booking system management, guest communication
• Develop and manage wellness retreat programming in coordination with spa management — PV's wellness retreat market is growing
• Coordinate with yoga, fitness, and nutrition team on integrated wellness packages
• Manage group and retreat bookings — spa days for wedding parties, corporate wellness groups, retreat guests
• Produce weekly revenue and occupancy reports
• Lead junior reception staff and manage onboarding for new team members
• Coordinate with hotel marketing on spa package promotions and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

• 1–2 years spa reception experience
• Professional English
• Wellness orientation — PV's wellness retreat market requires coordinator familiarity with yoga, nutrition, and holistic programming
• Commercial awareness and reporting discipline
• Leadership confidence for junior team management
