Spa & Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spa programming for destination wedding groups — bridal party packages, groom's spa day, group treatment scheduling across multi-day wedding celebrations
• Manage pre-arrival spa coordination with wedding coordinator — guest preferences, group scheduling, special requests
• Coordinate year-round spa operations — individual guest booking, expat membership management, retreat group coordination
• Build SMA expat community spa membership program — outreach, retention, programming
• Coordinate with highland wellness practitioners — yoga teachers, sound healers, meditation guides for integrated retreat programming
• Produce revenue and occupancy reports for property management
• Train and support reception staff

Requirements

• 1–2 years spa or events coordination experience
• Professional English — all wedding and retreat coordination is conducted in English
• Events coordination instinct — SMA wedding groups require complex multi-day scheduling
• Warm, relationship-oriented approach with a sophisticated professional manner
• Organized and reliable — wedding weekend coordination has zero margin for error
