Wellness Retreat Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational aspects of multi-day wellness retreats — accommodation, meals, yoga and meditation schedule, spa treatments, excursions, cacao ceremonies
• Manage pre-arrival guest communication — retreat itinerary, preparation guidelines, dietary preferences, health forms
• Coordinate with retreat facilitators, chefs, and therapists on programming delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and experience adjustments during retreat — manage the entire guest journey from arrival to departure
• Build and maintain relationships with international retreat leaders who bring groups to Tulum
• Manage retreat bookings, revenue tracking, and retreat profitability reporting
• Coordinate logistics for special requirements — airport transfers, dietary restrictions, medical needs

Requirements

• 2+ years hospitality or wellness coordination experience
• Deep wellness orientation and program knowledge — yoga, ayurveda, cacao ceremony, somatic healing, breathwork
• Excellent English; Spanish essential; additional European language valuable
• Strong logistical and multi-stakeholder coordination ability
• Warm, service-oriented approach across the full retreat arc
