About the role

The CEO of the resort's wellness department. The Cancún spa manager who grows spa revenue by 25% in two years — who introduces two new signature treatments that become the top-booked services in the property's portfolio, who reduces therapist turnover from 40% to 15% — has demonstrated leadership impact that is visible on the hotel's P&L.
