About the role
The steady hand in the spa. When a therapist calls in sick 20 minutes before a fully booked Saturday morning, when a guest escalates a complaint about a treatment they didn't enjoy, when two treatment rooms have equipment issues simultaneously — the spa supervisor is the person who resolves all three problems without the guest ever knowing any of them happened. That invisible problem-solving is the supervisor's core professional value.
