Work environment

Spa management in Guadalajara. The most stable and commercially diversified spa management context in Mexico — year-round demand from multiple client segments with no single-season dependency.

About the role

The builder in a growing market. Guadalajara is Mexico's fastest-growing technology and startup hub — a city generating new wealth, new professionals, and new wellness consumers every year. The spa manager who positions correctly in that growing market — who builds corporate contracts with the technology companies moving into the city, who develops a membership program the Guadalajara professional class genuinely wants — is building commercial value in a market that will only get larger.
