Work environment
Luxury hotel spa in Guadalajara. Year-round professional environment with a mix of leisure, business, and MICE group clientele — operationally varied and professionally stable.
About the role
The supervisor for Mexico's corporate wellness market. The MICE group of 200 pharma executives who arrive in Guadalajara for a 3-day conference and have a spa afternoon programmed into the schedule — where 40 of them are booked across 4 hours in parallel treatments — is a logistical challenge that the supervisor who manages it smoothly has turned into a commercial triumph. That kind of operational excellence in the corporate hospitality context is a professional distinction with real market value.
