Work environment
Ultra-luxury spa management in Los Cabos. Spa director is a senior executive role at a Los Cabos property — peer to F&B Director, Rooms Division Manager, and other department heads reporting to the General Manager.
About the role
The executive who turns wellness into revenue. The Los Cabos spa director who transforms a spa from a cost center into a destination-defining revenue engine — who introduces a treatment menu that becomes the most-reviewed and highest-rated spa program on the entire Pacific Coast of Mexico — has created commercial value that is visible, measurable, and portfolio-defining. That is the scale of leadership opportunity this role represents.
