Work environment
Boutique hotel spa or wellness center in Mérida. Intimate team management environment with genuine cultural programming responsibility.
About the role
The cultural integrity keeper. The Mérida boutique spa supervisor who trains a new therapist not just on the treatment protocol but on the actual medicinal properties of the plants they'll be using — who explains why the Melipona bee honey used in the facial has specific enzymatic properties that commercial honey lacks — is building the knowledge base that makes the property's cultural treatment claims genuinely true. That knowledge management is leadership with cultural impact.
