Work environment

Spa and wellness management at a CDMX five-star property or major wellness center. The most commercially complex and professionally sophisticated spa management role in Mexico.

About the role

The spa leader who drives a luxury brand's wellness strategy. The CDMX spa director who builds a MXN 30-million-per-year spa operation — who launches a membership program with 300 local high-net-worth clients, who develops a corporate wellness contract with five Polanco office towers, who is profiled in Condé Nast Traveler's Mexico edition — has created a spa that is commercially and reputationally significant at the level of the hotel's entire brand identity. That is the scale of contribution this role makes possible.
