Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations at five-star hotel standard — therapist team, reception, VIP guest coordination
• Maintain luxury service quality across all treatment rooms — spot-checks, real-time coaching, treatment room presentation audits
• Coordinate VIP and high-profile guest treatment management — brief therapists on preferences, ensure absolute discretion
• Handle escalated guest situations with professional composure and resolution at luxury hotel standard
• Manage therapist scheduling and coverage for year-round operation with no seasonal gaps
• Train new team members on five-star service protocols and product knowledge
• Support spa manager on operational reporting and team development

Requirements

• 3+ years spa professional experience with leadership exposure
• Professional English — five-star hotel supervisor interacts with international guests and hotel GM team
• Composure with high-profile and VIP clientele — CDMX luxury spas serve politicians, executives, and celebrities
• Absolute discretion and professional confidentiality
• Leadership maturity appropriate for five-star hotel context
