Work environment
Resort spa supervisor environment in Puerto Vallarta. The PV spa supervisor benefits from the city's unusually loyal repeat-visitor base — building operational continuity with guests who return year after year.
About the role
The keeper of guest continuity. The PV spa supervisor who maintains a database of returning guest preferences — who briefs every new seasonal hire on the Canadian couple who comes every January, who likes deep tissue and no music, who always books the couples suite for their anniversary — is providing a continuity of care that is genuinely irreplaceable and that is the primary reason those guests rebook the same property year after year.
