Spa & Wellness Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead spa and wellness department — manage team of 10–20 spa professionals
• Own spa P&L — revenue management, cost control, product inventory, seasonal budget planning
• Develop wellness retreat programming — PV's wellness retreat market is growing; design multi-day retreat packages that compete with Tulum and Costa Rica offerings
• Build year-round revenue strategy — reduce seasonal revenue volatility through expat membership programs, retreat bookings, and corporate wellness groups
• Design treatment menu and signature treatments with Jalisco/Pacific cultural identity
• Coordinate with resort marketing on spa-inclusive packages and wellness retreat promotion
• Manage relationships with product line brands and wellness practitioners (yoga, sound healing, breathwork)

Requirements

• 3–5 years spa management experience
• Professional English
• Wellness programming development experience — retreat design, multi-day wellness package creation
• Commercial management competence with seasonal business planning skills
• Marketing awareness and digital promotion understanding
