Work environment

Eco-boutique spa supervisor environment in Tulum. Managing a wellness team in a jungle setting — where operations are candle-lit at night and the treatment rooms open to the natural environment — is professionally distinctive.

About the role

The guardian of authentic wellness. In a destination where "wellness" is commercially exploited everywhere, the Tulum spa supervisor who maintains genuine standards — who stops a treatment room setup because the product contains synthetic fragrance, who corrects a therapist who is reciting a Mayan treatment description without understanding it — is doing cultural and professional quality assurance that protects the property's identity and the guest's trust.
