Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwasher across convention hotel's multiple restaurant and banquet kitchen outlets
• Support banquet operations: transport plateware and silverware for conferences and events hosted in hotel function rooms
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness through Guadalajara's rainy-season service periods: wet season increases mold risk in dishwash storage — implement preventive drying and ventilation routines
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment after service: ranges, convection ovens, and prep surfaces cleaned per kitchen manager's specification
• Verify Distintivo H compliance documentation at altitude: at 1,550m, monitor rinse water temperature more carefully than at sea level
• Handle post-service kitchen deep-clean on rotation: weekly comprehensive equipment clean across all kitchen areas

Requirements

• Industrial dishwasher operation experience
• Convention hotel banquet support awareness
• Rainy-season kitchen mold management
• Reliable for early shift and evening service schedules
