Steward — Beach Club & Casual Dining

Responsibilities

• Run dishwash operation for beach club restaurant and bar service: high turnover of casual plateware and bar glassware through daytime peak
• Clean outdoor service areas and equipment: beach-adjacent kitchen surfaces in a salty, humid environment require more frequent cleaning than inland kitchens
• Maintain bar glass washer: compact undercounter glass washer for bar service — regular cleaning and descaling in a high-humidity environment
• Clean cooking equipment used in beach club kitchen: grills, fryers, and prep equipment used for casual menu production
• Support end-of-day beach club clean-down: all kitchen and service areas cleaned and secured at close
• Handle waste and recycling: beach clubs in Playa have high guest volume and strict waste management requirements

Requirements

• Comfortable working in an outdoor or semi-outdoor coastal environment
• Bar glass washer and casual dishwash experience
• End-of-day full clean-down experience
• Physical comfort with beach environment working conditions
