Steward — All-Inclusive Beach Resort

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwasher on continuous rotation through multi-outlet resort service: buffet restaurants, à la carte dining, pool bar, and snack outlets
• Wash large-volume cookware by hand between service periods: stockpots, hotel pans, and buffet equipment that doesn't fit in the machine rack system
• Clean buffet service equipment: replenish and clean serving utensils, ladles, tongs, and chafing dishes between meal service rotations
• Maintain kitchen floor safety during wet-season operations: dishwash area floors stay wet; squeegee and maintain dry walking paths per STPS kitchen safety requirements
• Apply anti-mold surface treatment on rotating schedule during wet season: Banderas Bay humidity drives mold growth in dishwash storage areas if surfaces are not treated regularly
• Log Distintivo H compliance data: daily dishwasher temperature verification, chemical concentration checks, and written log maintenance

Requirements

• High-volume resort dishwashing experience preferred
• Wet kitchen floor safety awareness — Vallarta's humidity means this is a constant management task
• Distintivo H log maintenance
• Reliability for consecutive-day shift schedules
