About the role
The first Mexican welcome. For a majority of North American tourists arriving in Cancún, the airport transfer driver is the very first Mexican person they interact with in a meaningful way. The driver who greets them with a genuine smile, helps their children into the vehicle, and says "welcome to Cancún — the water really is that color" as the Caribbean comes into view on the Hotel Zone approach has started their vacation with a moment of genuine warmth. That first 45 minutes in the transfer van sets the emotional tone for the entire trip.
