Resort Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate resort shuttle service — transport guests between resort, airport, shopping zones, activity departure points, and nearby attractions
• Execute scheduled shuttle routes on time and with professional courtesy
• Assist guests with luggage and mobility needs throughout shuttle service
• Maintain shuttle vehicle to resort cleanliness and presentation standards
• Communicate scheduled shuttle times and pickup points clearly to guests
• Coordinate with concierge on special transport requests and group departures
• Monitor guest safety during boarding, transit, and alighting

Requirements

• Valid driver's license — passenger transport category
• Clean driving record
• Basic English
• Reliability and punctuality — shuttle schedules directly impact guest activity timing
• Professional, friendly demeanor
