Hotel & MICE Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate hotel shuttle service — transport guests between hotel, airport, Expo Guadalajara convention center, corporate business parks, historic centro, Tlaquepaque artisan district
• Coordinate MICE group transport — conference shuttle routes, group airport pickups, organized excursion transport to Tlaquepaque and tequila country
• Execute scheduled MICE departure buses with conference timing precision
• Provide guests with Guadalajara local orientation during transfers
• Assist with luggage and group transport logistics
• Maintain vehicle presentation for corporate and conference guest standards

Requirements

• Valid driver's license — passenger transport
• Guadalajara metropolitan area knowledge including convention center and business park locations
• Basic English
• Corporate timing precision — MICE group departures have zero-margin schedules
• Physical fitness for group luggage handling
