Hotel Chauffeur / Private Car Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-demand private car service for luxury hotel guests — individual and small-group transport in premium vehicle
• Execute private transfers — airport, shopping (La Isla, Liverpool), dining reservations, excursion connections, marina, and inter-city
• Manage guest schedules — coordinate with concierge on daily transport itinerary, anticipate timing needs
• Maintain premium vehicle to chauffeur standard — spotless interior and exterior, cold water and refreshments, correct temperature, professional amenities
• Provide discreet, professional service with ultra-high-net-worth guests — confidentiality and absolute composure
• Execute VIP airport meet-and-greet with professional name board service
• Be available for early morning, late night, and on-call transport requests as required by luxury hotel guest service

Requirements

• Valid driver's license — passenger transport
• Clean driving record
• Conversational to professional English — private car guests are predominantly North American
• Polished, professional personal presentation — chauffeur is seen as an extension of the hotel's luxury brand
• Discreet, composed demeanor with high-profile and high-net-worth guests
• Deep Cancún and Riviera Maya geography knowledge
