About the role

The trusted navigator of the world's most complex city. The CDMX luxury hotel guest who has back-to-back meetings in Polanco, Santa Fe, and Lomas in a single morning — who trusts their chauffeur to route between those three locations at peak hour without being late once — has delegated a logistical problem that would consume enormous mental energy if unmanaged. The professional who absorbs that problem invisibly, who is already running the route calculation when the guest is still finishing breakfast — is providing a service that is genuinely worth the premium.
