Responsibilities

• Provide private vehicle service for boutique hotel guests across the Riviera Maya — airport transfers, cenote tours, Tulum ruins, Cobá, Sian Ka'an biosphere, Cozumel ferry connections
• Execute Cancún airport transfers as primary route — 45–60 minute Playa to airport run with professional greeting and departures
• Manage private day trip transport — Chichén Itzá, Valladolid, Mérida day trips from Playa base
• Maintain vehicle to private car standard — clean, cool, professional
• Coordinate with hotel concierge on guest transport requests and scheduling
• Serve multilingual guest base — adapt service tone for European and Latin American clients

Requirements

• Valid driver's license — passenger transport
• Clean driving record
• Conversational English; Italian, French, or Portuguese useful
• Full Riviera Maya route knowledge — cenotes, ruins, ferry port, excursion departure points
• Professional, friendly presentation
