Responsibilities

• Execute Cancún airport transfers — 1.5–2 hour route; flight monitoring, name board greeting, professional vehicle
• Provide private transport to Tulum cenote sites — Dos Ojos, Gran Cenote, Aktun Chen, hidden cenotes accessible only with guide and private vehicle
• Transport guests to Sian Ka'an Biosphere access points — boat tour departures, kayak sites, birdwatching areas
• Execute Cobá ruins transport and waiting service
• Navigate Tulum jungle roads — including unpaved hotel zone tracks and eco-lodge access routes
• Maintain vehicle for eco-property standards — clean, low-impact where possible
• Coordinate with property on guest retreat programming transport needs — cenote meditation excursions, early-morning archaeological site visits

Requirements

• Valid driver's license — passenger transport
• Clean driving record with 4WD experience preferred — Tulum jungle roads require this in rainy season
• Conversational English — Tulum's international wellness clients communicate in English
• Complete Tulum geography knowledge — beach road, pueblo, cenote access routes, Sian Ka'an approaches, jungle lodge tracks
• Calm, eco-aligned presence — Tulum's guests notice driver demeanor and expect conscious, unhurried professionalism
• Reliability for early-morning cenote and yoga retreat transport
