Work environment

Los Cabos resort departure points and Baja California Sur excursion routes. The Baja landscape — desert, ocean, vineyards, colonial towns — is one of Mexico's most visually distinctive driving environments.

About the role

The carrier through Baja's extraordinary landscape. The Highway 1 drive from Los Cabos to Valle de Guadalupe passes through terrain that looks like nowhere else in Mexico — desert plateau, Pacific cliffs, vineyard valleys tucked between mountains. The excursion bus driver who navigates that route professionally, who has the group at the first winery by 10:30am, who coordinates the return timing so the sunset is visible over the Pacific on the drive back — has made the journey as much part of the experience as the destination.
