Hotel Valet & Parking Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel valet team — manage shift assignments, performance standards, and vehicle inventory
• Oversee vehicle ticketing system and parking log accuracy — zero tolerance for vehicle misplacement
• Coordinate with front desk, bell staff, and concierge on guest arrival and departure sequencing
• Handle VIP and high-profile guest vehicle management — personal attention, absolute discretion
• Train new valet attendants on hotel service standards and vehicle handling protocols
• Manage peak period arrival surge — coordinate team to maintain service standards during simultaneous group arrivals
• Report daily vehicle counts and incidents to front office manager

Requirements

• 2+ years valet experience with leadership exposure
• Clean driving record — supervisor-level vehicle handling standard required
• Professional English — hotel valet supervisor interacts with international guests and hotel management
• Leadership composure in high-pressure arrival situations
• Absolute trustworthiness with guest vehicle inventory management
