Responsibilities
- Meet and greet arriving guests — door assistance, welcoming greeting, luggage coordination with bell staff
- Drive guest vehicles to secure parking — hotel garage, restaurant parking structure, or street parking as applicable
- Navigate CDMX Polanco and Condesa vehicle traffic around restaurant and hotel entrances
- Issue and track valet tickets with absolute accuracy — high-volume evening service requires zero ticket errors
- Retrieve vehicles promptly — coordinate with restaurant manager and hotel front desk on departure timing
- Handle all vehicle types professionally — CDMX Polanco arrivals include a high proportion of luxury and prestige vehicles
- Maintain professional valet station through peak dinner and event service
Requirements
- Valid CDMX driver's license — clean record
- Experience driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles of all types
- Professional, polished presentation — Polanco restaurant and hotel valet is a highly visible front-of-house role
- Physical fitness for active role in CDMX's outdoor climate variation
- Absolute trustworthiness with guest vehicles and belongings
- Composure in high-pressure peak service — CDMX restaurant valet during Saturday dinner service can process 80+ vehicles in 2 hours
