Work environment
Hotel or restaurant entrance in Puerto Vallarta. Old Town valet involves navigating some of the most charming and logistically challenging streets in Mexican tourism — cobblestone, narrow, and often steep.
About the role
The navigator of Vallarta's Old Town. The guest who drives to a Romantic Zone restaurant for a sunset dinner — who arrives on Basilio Badillo in a rental car with no idea where to park — and is met by a professional valet who takes the car with a "welcome, enjoy your evening" and solves the entire parking problem instantly — has had a friction removed from their experience that allows them to walk straight into a beautiful dinner. That invisible problem-solving is what good valet service actually provides.
