Marina Dock Master & Vessel Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a Los Cabos luxury marina: vessel arrival scheduling, slip assignments, fuel dock management, power and water hookup services, and vessel maintenance coordination
• Coordinate guest and owner arrivals at the marina: VIP yacht owners and charter clients expect professional, efficient dock arrival service — line handling, fender placement, and welcome assistance are the dock master's first impression on arriving vessels
• Manage the marina's super-yacht services: Los Cabos attracts private yachts of 30–50m+, particularly during the November–March high season — the dock master coordinates the additional services these vessels require (customs clearance coordination, provisioning assistance, crew accommodations)
• Oversee the fuel dock operations: fuel management, quantity tracking, billing, and coordination with the fuel supplier for delivery scheduling
• Manage the marina's maintenance crew: coordinate vessel maintenance, hull cleaning, engine service scheduling, and marina infrastructure maintenance
• Handle marina billing, slip rental contracts, and client account management

Requirements

• Marina operations management experience
• SEMAR port operations certification or equivalent maritime authority qualification
• Professional English for super-yacht and international vessel owner communication
• VIP guest service competency for the Los Cabos luxury marine clientele
• Administrative and billing management for marina accounts
