Work environment

Dive charter vessel crew in Playa del Carmen. Daily Cozumel and Riviera Maya reef operations supporting the world's most active Caribbean dive charter market.

About the role

The dive boat crew who looks after 16 divers across two tank dives and a surface interval — who knows which diver had buoyancy issues on the first dive and keeps a quiet eye on them during the second water entry — who celebrates with the group when the first-timer surfaces with the biggest grin they've ever had — is doing the support work that makes dive education possible. The instructors get the credit; the boat crew makes it safe.
