Work environment
Catamaran crew and activity host from Puerto Vallarta marina. Daily Banderas Bay operations combining snorkeling, sailing, food and beverage service, and seasonal whale watching in Mexico's most well-known Pacific marine tour environment.
About the role
The catamaran crew who is still serving drinks and dancing with the guests on the sunset cruise at 7pm on a Friday — who has been on the water since 8am for the morning snorkel departure, and who is genuinely having a good time at hour 11 — is working in the role where natural social energy is a professional asset rather than something you suppress. The PVR catamaran is a social experience for the guests and an equally social working environment for the crew. The right person for this role knows the difference between performing enjoyment and actually having it, and the guests do too.
