Work environment
Commercial beach water sports concession in Cancún's Hotel Zone. High-volume outdoor activity management with continuous guest interaction in one of Mexico's busiest tourist beach environments.
About the role
The water sports guide who has sent 400 people into the sky on a parasail this season — who still does the full safety briefing every time, who adjusts the harness the same way on the 400th guest as on the first, who watches the reaction on every guest's face when they come down and asks "How was it?" — is doing safety-dependent work in a volume environment where complacency is the primary risk. The guide who understands that is the one who never has an incident.
