Work environment
Luxury resort water sports guide and marine activity program in Los Cabos. Multi-activity, VIP-service-standard marine recreation management in the most prestigious resort beach and marina environment in Mexico.
About the role
The Los Cabos luxury resort guide who takes a VIP couple on a private sunrise paddleboard — out to the rocks where the sea lion colony sunbathes at 6:30am, no other boats, the arch visible in the background — and who says nothing for the first 20 minutes because nothing needs to be said, and then paddles quietly back in time for the couple's breakfast reservation — has just delivered the most memorable 45 minutes of their vacation. The best luxury guide knows when to speak and when to let the Sea of Cortez do the work.
