Jet Ski & Parasailing Guide

Responsibilities

• Operate jet ski rental and escort services along designated Hotel Zone water sports routes: SEMAR-compliant operations within the approved Hotel Zone maritime authority boundaries
• Manage parasailing flights: harness fitting, safety briefing, winch operation, flight duration management, and safe landing coordination
• Lead group water toy activities: banana boat, tube riding, and inflatable activity management from the beach water sports station
• Conduct daily pre-operation safety equipment inspections for all beach water sports equipment
• Manage the activity station's booking and payment processing
• Enforce reef-safe sunscreen at all water entry points and collect sunscreen from non-compliant guests before water activities begin

Requirements

• SEMAR recreational vessel operator certification
• Parasailing operator experience or certifiable training
• Lifeguard certification
• English and Spanish bilingual
• Physical fitness and comfort in sustained outdoor maritime conditions
